Abstract

This work presents the elements that constitute the structure of the experience report developed in the Didactic Discipline of Higher Education of the Graduate Program in Training and Practices and Interdisciplinary at the University of Pernambuco - UPE. It aims to present one of the many pedagogical/professional experiences that I had at the head of the Youth and Adult Education classes - EJA (1st and 2nd phases) in 2020, emphasizing the difficulties faced by these students at the beginning of the pandemic. This scenario made the situation of great deficiencies in basic education and in the training of teachers to work in it even more evident. The report on which I am dwelling took place at the Santa Terezinha Municipal School, located in the Dom Avelar neighborhood, on the outskirts of the city of Petrolina – PE.
